Lead Service Technician
We are seeking a seasoned Service Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Leadership: Lead, support, and mentor a team of skilled service technicians.
* Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on automated entry doors, access control systems, security gates, and turnstiles.
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Team & Workflow Management:
* Assign daily tasks and coordinate job schedules across the team.
* Review completed jobs for quality assurance and client satisfaction.
* Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support technician development.
Client & Operations Support:
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective service delivery.
* Prepare job reports, service logs, and performance documentation.
* Support stock and parts management for field operations.
Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a service technician, ideally in access control, automated doors, or building security systems. 2+ years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
