Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to organize schedules, manage records, and maintain office operations effectively
* Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with team members, partners, and external contacts
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide support in planning, project coordination, and event management
* Proficient in using office software and tools, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Knowledge of or interest in the field of AI and technology is a strong advantage
* Previous experience in managing hybrid workflows is a plus
