Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor outcomes.
Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
