Matrix Recruitment is working with a long-established and highly regarded company that provides bespoke solutions across major projects in Ireland and the UK.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Design Engineer to join their team in North County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities Develop custom design solutions for a range of large-scale building projects.
Collaborate closely with client-side design teams to align technical solutions with architectural and structural requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure designs are optimised for production, transport, and installation.
Take part in both early-stage concept development and detailed design phases.
Prepare structural calculations and review drawings for final production.
Work alongside senior engineers and experienced designers on high-value projects.
Some travel within Ireland and the UK may be required for site meetings and inspections.
Ideal Candidate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related field).
3-5 years experience in a structural design role ideally.
Familiar with Eurocodes and Building Regulations.
Skilled in relevant software (e.g.
Auto CAD, Revit, Tekla, Excel, Sketch Up).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ambition to pursue Chartered Engineer status mentorship and support available.
