General RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills including to business users.Excellent organisational skills which are required to fulfil the role.Ability to work on own initiative.Scrum / agile process understanding.Organise work priorities and manage time effectively.Work in a team with in-house EPA staff and ICT contractors.Understanding Public Sector environment.Implementing ICT projects related to the environmental sector.An understanding of current EPA ICT technologies.Specific RequirementsLegacy Dynamics 365 applications support and maintenance in an on-prem andonline environment1st line, 2nd line & 3rd line support calls for Dynamics 365 applications and associated web interfaces, as logged via the EPA service desk. Including clarifying, investigating and resolving problems directly with end users working with in the agreed service levels and operational level agreements .End user support required when completing tasks such as Mail Merge or Xpertdoc Smartflow templates, advanced finds, dashboards etc. in Dynamics 365.Support of Dynamics 365 integrations such as Outlook, RESCO, SharePoint.Small changes to Dynamics 365 applications and associated web interfaces, such as amendments to form layouts, field names, views, reports, customizations etc.Troubleshoot/advise on/resolve data access issues in relation to Dynamics 365 applications.Troubleshoot/advise on/resolve data quality issues in relation to Dynamics 365 applications.Working with Solution Architect or Enterprise Architecture team where required.Other duties that may arise in the area of Dynamics 365 customisation.Dynamics 365 on-prem and online environment support and maintenanceInstalling and configuring Dynamics 365 including troubleshooting issues.Advising on Dynamics 365 cumulative update rollups, and service packs on the EPA's environments.Work with EPA dba resource on SQL Server Dynamics 365 database monitoring and maintenance, including assistance in troubleshooting and problem resolution.Investigate and resolve performance issues identified in the Dynamics 365 environment.Identifying the root causes of the recurring errors in system error logs etc.Advise on review of current Dynamics 365 security model and assist in revisions required.Other duties that may arise in the area of Dynamics 365 configuration.Further experience in the following areas are desirable:Supporting the transitioning from Dynamics 365 on-premises to online.Dynamics 365 security model.ITIL Framework for IT Services Management.There is a possibility that this role will require ocasional travel to client on-site.What we offer the candidate:Competitive salary according to experience;Integration in a motivated and positive team;The opportunity to learn new skills;Working with multi-national business;
