The practice has been operating since 1986 and is an established industry leader, continuing to set high standards for residential design. Projects range from master planning and residential design to private one‑offs and developer commissions. Due to continued project wins and increasing demand from private developers, they are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the team. The successful candidate will work on projects both independently and as part of a team, bringing strong technical design and detailing expertise, excellent site knowledge, and deep familiarity with Irish regulations. Key Responsibilities
• Design and detailed drafting of residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Preparation of construction documentation and execution drawings.
• Coordination with project stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations throughout the lifecycle. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the Irish market. 5 years of experience in a professional architectural practice. Excellent building regulation knowledge. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
