Job Description
The Trust Account Manager II will oversee daily transaction and reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships, support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing. They will solve complex problems through research and/or communication with clients, liaisons, and internal teams, and guarantee quality service levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage collateral/syndicated loan portfolios, including cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall payments, reporting, and compliance testing.
* Administer trust accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
* At least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility.
* Knowledge/experience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, or corporate trust securities, as well as trust systems.
* Understanding and direct work experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external).
