Job TitleAssociate DirectorJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Surveyor to Associate Director to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Dublin. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will support major development instructions while taking ownership of client projects and contributing to business growth. You will play a key role in delivering leasing advisory services across the Irish market, working collaboratively within a high-performing team.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as a key client contact on assigned projects, providing advice and regular updatesSupport senior team members on large-scale development projects while managing smaller instructions independentlyContribute to pitches, presentations and business development activityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external partnersIdentify new business opportunities and support revenue generation across the teamAssist in delivering transactions, providing market insight and technical input where requiredManage aspects of client accounts including budgets, billing and financial trackingWork collaboratively across teams to deliver a high-quality, full-service offeringSupport and mentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentEnsure all work is delivered in line with professional standards and company policiesSkills & AttributesStrong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial awareness and an understanding of the Industrial & Logistics sectorExcellent communication, presentation and report writing abilitiesNegotiation and business development skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detailCollaborative team player with a willingness to mentor othersEducation & QualificationsDegree in Real Estate, Property, or a related disciplinePreferably SCSI qualified or actively working towards qualificationDemonstrable experience within a general practice, advisory or transactional real estate environmentStrong understanding of market dynamics, legislation and industry practicesIf you are looking to progress your career within a globally recognised real estate firm and play a key role in a dynamic and growing sector, we would welcome your application.
