I'm currently hiring on behalf of my client, a Fund Management company based in Dublin City centre for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant
In this newly created role, you will be providing support to the CEO and COO with a focus on diary and travel coordination. You will also be liaising directly with the building management and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
This is the role for you if you have a strong background in Professional services and are highly organised.
You will work under a Hybrid model - In office Tue/Wed/Thur
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to COO and CEO including diary management
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries for international travel
- Creating and formatting reports and presentations
- Planning and hosting client events
- Meeting and greeting clients ensuring an enjoyable guest experience
- Coordinating meetings and organising catering as required
- Liaising with Building management to resolve any facilities related issues
- Ordering office supplies as required
- Expense and budget management
- Working closely with vendors and preparing invoices
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role and industry is essential
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Proactive problem solver with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
