Experienced Structural Engineer required for a new role in an established team in Cork.
We’re representing a long-established and highly regarded Irish engineering consultancy with a strong presence in Cork and across Munster. Due to continued project growth, they’re looking for a Structural Engineer to join their expanding team in Cork.

Commercial Developments - Retail parks, office buildings, and mixed-use schemes valued
Residential Projects - Private housing schemes and apartment developments
Educational Facilities - New school builds, extensions, and university campus works
Healthcare Projects - Primary care centres, hospital refurbishments, and community healthcare buildings
Public & Infrastructure Projects - Local authority civic buildings, bridge upgrades, and road infrastructure
Sustainability & Retrofit Works - Energy-efficient retrofits, structural upgrades, and conservation projects
Requirements
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Level 8 or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in structural design (buildings, infrastructure, or both)
Proficiency in analysis and design software (e.g., Tekla, STAAD, Tedds, Revit, or equivalent)
Sound understanding of Irish building standards, Eurocodes, and construction processes
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative design team
Based in or within commuting distance of Cork City
