We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our team based in Cork.
The Role of the Logistics Coordinator is to carry out tasks and assist the Operations Manager and Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities Include :
* Supports the planning and implementation of logistics operations
* Provides training, guidance and advice to colleagues as required
* Liaises with internal staff at all levels and coordinates work with support of other internal teams
* Coordinates messenger and courier services
* Prepares outgoing mail for distribution
* Reviews operating practices and implements improvements where necessary
* Manages and maintains schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
* Files and retrieves documents and reference materials
* Assists in developing and creating professional tools including spreadsheets, correspondence and reports
Requirements :
Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience
Advanced experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Superior attention to detail and accuracy
High degree of professionalism
