Executive Officer Required for Temporary Position in an Education Institution
This is a temporary position within the administrative team of our education institution located in Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and concerns from applicants, students, and staff. Provide support as needed by escalating issues to relevant personnel.
* Systems Management: Update databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
* Clerical Work: Perform routine administrative tasks including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
* Event Coordination: Assist with planning and execution of internal and external activities, meetings, and events.
* Attention to Detail: Manage workflows accurately and efficiently, handling large volumes of information under deadlines.
* General Support: Provide assistance to line managers and colleagues as needed, performing additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and web applications.
* Experience: Relevant work experience with customer service skills, preferably in person, by phone, and by email.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high accuracy in written and numerical tasks.
* Personal Qualities: Service-oriented, detail-focused, excellent customer service skills, results-driven, flexible with working hours.
