About the Healthcare Assistant Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant you will be part of a dedicated team providing compassionate, person centred support to residents, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities Of A Healthcare Assistant:
● Deliver personalised care and support based on individual needs.
● Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
● Encourage community participation and social inclusion.
● Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team and families.
● Promote residents' health, wellbeing, and safety.
● Participate in ongoing training and development.
Role Requirements:
● Level 5 qualification in Health or Social Care.
● A minimum of one year's experience in a care setting.

● Full manual driving licence is preferred.
