Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations of the service department, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Offer expert technical assistance to field service engineers and customers, resolving issues efficiently.
* Manage customer equipment breakdowns, prioritizing Fanuc & Piovan experience as a valuable asset.
* Liaise with key partners to source support, parts, and schematics, driving collaboration and mutual success.
* Maintain and upload RAMS to customer portals, promoting transparency and accountability.
* Analyze calibration instruments and review service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
