Commercial Project Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects in Cork.
* Preparation and management of project costs, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
* Effective contract administration, including negotiation and review of contracts.
* Liaising with clients and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Administration of contract records and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
* Provision of regular cost reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
* Attending project meetings and contributing to discussions on project progress and future plans.
* Managing cash flow reporting and collections, ensuring timely payment and minimizing risks.
* Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
* Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Irish construction market.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
