The Role & Your Mission: As an AI Change Manager, you will drive organizational readiness, acceptance, and adoption of AI and other innovations. You will connect with the broader tech community and help evangelize the AI-powered solutions for clients worldwide through effective planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training. What You'll Do: Develop, execute, and monitor change management plans to ensure the adoption of new standards, processes, and tools related to AI, including effective communications and training. Lead the identification and analysis of changes, business impacts, and training needs. Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, facilitating effective communication throughout the transition. Co-develop and co-implement communication, product marketing and training plans to ensure a seamless integration of new strategies. Manage resistance by anticipating challenges and implementing strategies for smooth transitions. Your Experience & Skills: 5+ years of working experience in corporate training, communication, and/or change management. Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci) Strong consulting and project management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level. Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with others across different regions, levels and functions A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player. What Makes You Stand Out: Prosci certified. Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Create Cloud. Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
