We are presenting a remarkable opportunity for a Social Care Leader to become a permanent member of our client's team, contributing to the essential care of vulnerable young individuals within their residential facility.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Possess at least a Level 7 qualification in social care or an equivalent qualification.
* Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience working in children's residential services, including experience in a key working role.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Flexibility in working hours is essential, including availability for weekends, daytime, evening, waking night, and sleepover shifts.
* A full, clean driver's license is required, with both manual and automatic licenses being acceptable.
