Legal Assistant (Portuguese Speaking ) Contract Role Cork Hybrid 3 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
* Provide essential administrative support to the legal team, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and other day-to-day tasks.
* Draft, prepare, and file legal documents with precision. Ensure the resolution of administrative errors in a timely manner.
* Support reporting functionalities by leveraging MS Word and other MS Office Suite applications.
* Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth legal operations.
* Maintain organized and accessible records to support a high-functioning legal environment.
* Skills and Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office Suite tools.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and reporting tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in litigation or corporate law is highly desirable.
* A highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic and innovative work settings.
* Ability to work independently while supporting the broader goals of a collaborative legal team.
