Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation, coordination, and delivery of detailed architectural drawings, technical details, and specifications, ensuring a high level of accuracy, buildability, and compliance with applicable building regulations and industry standards.Manage and prioritise multiple projects concurrently, coordinating closely with internal design, project management, quantity surveying, and construction teams to meet programme, quality, and budgetary requirements.Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders to develop and refine design proposals, providing strong technical input and practical construction insight throughout all project stages.Review, coordinate, and quality-check drawings, technical information, and project documentation to ensure consistency, coordination, and regulatory compliance prior to issue for construction.Support effective project delivery within a design-and-build environment by contributing to technical problem-solving, value engineering, buildability reviews, and on-site support where required.Act as a technical reference point within the team, supporting best practice in detailing, coordination, and documentation standards.Requirements EssentialQualification in Architectural Technology or a closely related discipline.Minimum 8 years' relevant professional experience within architectural practice or a design-led construction environment.Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience across residential projects, including renovations, extensions, and/or new-build housing.High level of proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Sound understanding of Irish building regulations, technical standards, and construction methodologies.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design and construction teams.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €70,000.00-€75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionApplication question(s):High level of proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Education:Bachelor's (preferred)Experience:relevant professional: 8 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Full Drivers Licence (required)Work Location: In person
