Job Description:
The Senior Manager Cashflows role involves leading the end-to-end investor cashflow process, driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performance team culture.
About Your Role:
• Lead and manage the cashflow processing team to provide guidance, coaching and performance oversight.• Own the delivery of investor cashflow activities including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and transfers.
• Drive process standardization and identify opportunities for automation improvements by working with developers on rolling out AI tools where applicable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required
• Minimum 10 years experience in fund servicing or transfer agency
Strong understanding of asset management operations, trading flows & Investor transactions
Experience driving efficiency through process standardization.
