Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage major civil engineering works across infrastructure and utilities projects in the Greater Dublin Area. Working with a well-established contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
* Manage site teams including direct labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, programme adherence, and report on key metrics.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
* Review technical drawings and ensure site works align with design specifications and standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Construction Manager role, ideally on large-scale civils or utilities projects.
* Strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure works.
* Proven leadership and site management capabilities.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
