Site Reliability Specialist
This role involves ensuring a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing site runs reliably and compliantly.
* Act as technical subject matter expert for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) processes to drive efficiency improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Oversee the utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to streamline maintenance activities and enhance asset performance monitoring.
* Provide strategic support for maintenance planning across Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) production areas, promoting compliance with regulatory standards.
