Hamilton Park Care Facility is seeking a full-time/part-time Admin Assistant to join our busy office team in Balbriggan.The successful candidate will play an essential role in keeping our records accurate and organised, supporting the smooth running of the facility's day-to-day administration. Duties include sorting, filing, archiving, and uploading office files, maintaining both electronic and paper records, and assisting with general office tasks.Please note this is an English-speaking facility.Key ResponsibilitiesSort, file, archive, and upload office and resident recordsMaintain accurate electronic and paper filing systemsCover reception duties if required: greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front-desk queriesPrepare and update spreadsheets, forms, and reportsSupport management with data entry, scheduling, and day-to-day administrationProvide flexible assistance to other departments as requiredRequirementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information discreetlyCapable of working independently and as part of a teamDesirablePrevious administrative or reception experience, ideally in a healthcare or care-home settingJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From €13.50 per hourWork authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Location:Blackhall, Balbriggan, CO.
