We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic Meeting & Events Team as a Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for responding to group, catering and golf business enquiries, defining meeting specifics, and managing guest room and meeting space inventories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to group, catering and golf business enquiries in a timely manner
• Define meeting specifics and provide clear communication to clients
• Manage guest room and meeting space inventories, suggesting alternatives to ensure business is within resort parameters
• Process all correspondence within agreed time lines and conduct follow-up actions in a timely manner
• Execute sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, adhering to event turnover process and maintaining accurate account files
Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience working in a sales role within the hospitality sector
• Excellent communications and relationship building skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in golf is desirable
