Swim School Manager First Swim Sandyford is looking to hire a Full Time Managerfor it's busy swim school at the Beacon South Quarter, starting in April 2026.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityAbout First Swim We are Irelands first purpose-built baby & toddler swim school based at the Beacon South Quarter in Sandyford with our own onsite heated pool.Our modern and advanced centre has been designed around the needs of parents and babies making it unique in every way teaching swim lessons for babies and toddlers from 10 weeks to 3 years old.We have a private café, viewing area for guests and spacious changing rooms with shower facilities.See for more information.Experience in swim school/ leisure management or childcare management is essential as you will be leading a team of 6.For the right candidate we may be able to accommodate an earlier start date.First Swim is fun and friendly place to work and our award winning school has a very loyal growing customer base.We have a fantastic career development package where we offer advanced training right up to tutor level status which is free for our staff.A swim teacher qualifiction is desirable but full training is provided as part of our package Starting salary is between €35-40 Kbased on experience and qualifications.
