Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As Project
Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects across various
sectors, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The
role will be very hands on and a lot of on site meetings dealing with contractors and
stakeholders. Experience in this area is essential.
To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between thecompany and clientManage and motivate site teamsManage and motivate sub -contractorsEnsure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basisEnsuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finishAll Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
Requirements
Requirements: Minimum 5 years' main contractor experienceExperience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming.Experience of commercial, residential, and fit out sectors is requiredAbility to work on own initiativeSelf -motivated and hard workerStrong team building and leadership skillsTechnical and practical knowledge of the building industryAdvance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, CAD and other industry specific software an advantageExcellent written and oral presentation skillsTravel when required
