Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive the overall proposition, growth and profitability of our Risk Benefits business within the Health & Benefits Ireland market.
* This role will involve leading the development and execution of our carrier management strategy, driving commercial growth and delivering high-quality client solutions.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Health & Benefits Ireland market, including Group Risk and Healthcare, and be a qualified financial advisor (QFA).
* Key responsibilities include driving commercial growth, developing and executing carrier management strategies, and overseeing broking operations to ensure alignment with our placement strategy.
* The successful candidate will also participate in sales opportunities, RFPs, new business pitches, prospect meetings, and be the face of our Risk Benefits business for us in Ireland.
* They will share knowledge, ideas and solutions through internal training, presentations, mentoring, team meetings and briefing sessions.
* The role also involves producing and contributing to thought leadership pieces, articles, industry press, case studies, intellectual capital/property and market intelligence/insights in the People Risk and Benefits space.
* Additionally, the candidate will work collaboratively with other lines of business to deliver integrated solutions.
* They will represent us in senior carrier meetings, industry forums, and maintain compliance with government standards.
* The role requires strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, and excellent client relationship and account management skills.
