What we need from you
* Integrity, passion, flexibility, tenacity, leadership, team spirit and a "can-do" attitude.
* You must have the ability to comfortably engage with people and deliver customer service excellence.
* You need to be a practical individual with good DIY/craft skills.
* You will work as part of the Warehouse, Assembly & Delivery team and provide support to the Warehouse Manager & Sales Team.
* Assist in co-ordinating all goods-inwards, warehouse storage, customer/showroom furniture delivery and assembly tasks as per the BoConcept standards.
* Utilise the BoConcept system to initiate and control claims and returns.
* Help to achieve efficient, timely deliveries to customers.
* Co-ordinate the assembly and demonstration of furniture to the BoConcept published standards.
* Ensure that you provide the optimum level of customer service and that customers, their homes and belongings are treated with the utmost care, respect and politeness always.
* Previous BoConcept experience would be a fantastic asset but any experience logistics and/or furniture assembly/carpentry would be highly valued.
* Weekend work will be required
