The company oversees the entire lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, maintaining strong standards of efficiency and precision throughout.
About Your New Job Organise and oversee daily production activities, including shift planning, operator allocation, and machine performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with all production procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Materials, HR, etc.) to support efficient operations.
Monitor production data, including reporting, scrap recording, and system updates (IQMS).
Lead and support team development through training, performance management, and attendance oversight.
Participate in problem-solving processes, including non-conformance reviews and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
What Skills You Need Experience in a regulated production environment with 3-5 years supervisory experience.
