Temp Child & Family Support Coordinator - Cork - Mainstream Sector FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Temp Child and Family Support Coordinator to join a leading service in Cork. In your new role you will: Support the support the implementation of Meitheal - The National Practice Model for all agencies working with Children, Young People and their families. Support and promote the development, welfare and protection of all children in the communities in their area through effective intra-agency and inter-agency working To work closely and liaise with the Senior CFSN Co-ordinator to ensure integrated working towards positive outcomes for all children and young people. Implement tailored strategies developed by the Senior Co-ordinator for engaging specific sectors and services in prevention, partnership and family support, for example schools, youth work etc. Work as part of a team with a mixed programme of work and moving with ease between concurrent projects. Maintain standards of practice and levels of professional knowledge by participating in continuous professional development initiatives and attendance at courses as appropriate. To be a successful candidate you will have: A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related field - Community Work, Family Support etc Minimum 2 years' experience working in the area of direct child and family support services. Experience working with Meitheal. Experience in the delivery of training and the facilitation of groups. A full clean driver's licence.
