We're currently looking for 2 *EXPERIENCED* Auto Body Panel Beaters / Vehicle Preppers to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
* Remove damaged panels and repair or replace them as needed
* Realign vehicle frames and chassis using specialized equipment
* Welding / cutting tools experience
* Smooth out surfaces using sanding tools and techniques before painting
* Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
* Work collaboratively with the paint and mechanical teams to complete repairs efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) as an Auto Body Panel Beater / Prepper or similar role
* Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair estimates
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy parts and equipment
