Hotel Operations Manager
As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel at night. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage guest relations by ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Oversee overall health and safety protocols during nighttime operations, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant duties.
* Perform front office duties, such as running nightly audit reports and managing check-in and checkout processes.
* Lead a team of Night Porters, assigning tasks and overseeing their performance.
* Coordinate food and beverage services during late-night hours.
* Develop strategies to drive excellence through mystery audits, customer feedback, quality evaluations, and adherence to hotel standards.
