THE ROLE
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk-and-watch-the-treadmills role.
We're opening a state-of-the-art boutique gym with:
* Two premium studio spaces
* State of the art gym
* A strong push toward corporate memberships
We're looking for a leader, not a key-holder.
Someone who can:
* Motivate teams
* Talk confidently in a room (and enjoy it)
* Sell without sounding salesy
Coach, train, teach, and lead by example
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the day-to-day operation of the gym
* Drive membership growth, including corporate memberships
* Oversee membership accounts and sales performance
* Manage, motivate, and develop gym & studio staff
* Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards
* Teach 5 group classes per week (Spin & Tread & Shred)
* Deliver gym induction for new clients
* Ensure top-tier cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
* Represent the brand at meetings, presentations, and community events
* Keep systems tight: CRM, reporting, targets, performance tracking
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Minimum fitness qualification (essential)
* REPs Ireland registration (essential – non-negotiable)
* Minimum 2 years' leadership / management experience
* Proven track record of leading teams to hit sales targets
* Comfortable with public speaking & running meetings
* Competitive mindset — you like winning (and helping others win)
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Solid computer literacy
* Experience using CRM systems
* Positive, enthusiastic, confident, and approachable
