* Operational Support: Collaborate closely with the Retail & Logistics Operations Managers to implement, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.
* Identify and recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
* Flag recurring issues or process gaps to the Retail and Logistics Operations Manager for resolution.
