We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Litigation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the litigation team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage digital dictations and produce high-quality documents, correspondence, pleadings, and briefs
* Interact proactively with solicitors, managing their calendars and coordinating tasks
* Develop a strong understanding of medical terminology to effectively work on medical negligence files
* Support client relationships and liaise with the legal cost team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a legal secretary
* Excellent typing skills (at least 60+ words per minute)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
