Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a leading role in providing exceptional service to our customers and customer service partners in the Dublin area.
You will work collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide services not limited to corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation of equipment and software and hardware upgrades to products within our portfolio both on-site and remotely.
Your Role
* Provide field and remote technical support to customers and colleagues based on training and experience.
* Maintain proficiency in customer service tools and applications.
* Work with remote support team, delivering direct remote assistance to customers.
* Conduct corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
* Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures using established procedures.
* Determine cost-effective repairs to minimize customer downtime.
* Manage escalations, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
* Maintain knowledge through continual training for regulatory compliance. Ensure timely and efficient administration compliance with reporting procedures.
* Safely handle and store all company property, including tools and spare parts.
