Customer Support and Sales Administrator (Agri)

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately create and process sales orders within the internal system, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
* Prepare quotations, confirm pricing, and follow up with customers as required to maintain excellent customer service.
* Manage and respond to website and online shop enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Oversee the end-to-end processing of online orders, ensuring prompt delivery and resolution of customer queries.
* Maintain and update the company's web shop, including product details, pricing, images, and stock levels.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Parts, and Operations to resolve queries and ensure seamless communication.
* Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as directed by management.
