We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Bar and Restaurant, while leading, motivating, and developing the Food & Beverage team to consistently deliver outstanding 5-star service.
Role Description:
* Support the daily management of the bar and restaurant, along with food and beverage operations for tournaments and scheduled events
* Ensure exceptional service delivery in line with 5-star standards and brand expectations
* Oversee and coordinate all reservations and bookings, ensuring effective planning to support service delivery and operational requirements
* Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team, promoting a culture of excellence
* Supervise team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to maintain consistently high standards
* Support staff rostering, annual leave planning, stock control, ordering and cost management to ensure operational efficiency
* Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Duty Manager or supervisory role within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for service excellence
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
