: Mon-Fri 07:00-15:30 with 1 hour break
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team.
In this role, you will provide support to the supervisor and work collaboratively with other operators.
Your primary responsibilities will involve motivating team members, closely assisting the supervisor, and offering support to management across all areas of the business.
What will you be doing?
Ensuring the fulfilment of business requirements, including service level agreements and customer expectations.
Interfacing with customers on a daily basis, addressing their needs and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Managing and directing the team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
Collaborating with the manager on people-related matters and actively participating in performance reviews.
Maintaining excellent real-time communication with customers, colleagues, and the direct team.
Ensuring strict adherence to work-related processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
Monitoring and recording performance parameters to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
Producing reports as required, providing valuable insights and data analysis.
