For more information, please visit Position SummaryThis position will analyze issues, develop, test and implement solutions for the Teleflex organization as part of the PLM end-to-end data Flows and integrations with other internal systems such as SAP MDG and Teleflex ERP systems. This position is expected to be a primary contributor in issue resolution and proactive solution development and testing.Principal ResponsibilitiesManage the development/configuration and maintenance of Agile PLM application systems by conducting meetings with users to determine their system requirementsAnalyze, evaluate, and modify existing or proposed systems and related devicesApply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environmentDevelop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and comply with Teleflex standardsConduct functional and/or technical reviews and walks-through of IT design documentation with the development and the design team membersAct as expert support on business processes in respective area of responsibilityEvaluate, develop, test, and implement the release of system changes according to the Teleflex validation proceduresDeliver consistently high quality service and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished in line with business objectivesParticipate in projects and rollouts of the application (either on full-time or part-time basis)Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration for the success of the team, project, or taskEducation / Experience RequirementsBA/BS in Technical field required, e.g. CS (Computer Science), ME (Mechanical Engineering), etc. Demonstrated super-user experience with Agile PLM may be considered in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 5 years Agile PLM configuration or super-user experience. Experience in a FDA regulated environment preferredParticpate in one or more Agile PLM implementations. Experience in other large scale projects or implementations may be considered in lieu of an Agile ProjectSpecialized Skills / Other RequirementsExperience in Agile PLM administration and implementation including PG&C, PPM, PC modules or other comparable PLM platforms, e.g. Teamcenter, etc.Java, J2EE, Agile SDK knowledge for Agile PX developmentKnowledge of Agile PLM Configuration, e.g. roles, groups, classes, etc.Knowledge in Agile PLM Administration tasks such as creating privilege criteria, masks, roles and usermanagementPossess a strong background in troubleshooting application errors and performance related issuesKnowledge of SQLExcellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsProven ability to think strategically and to be creative in task completionDemonstrated ability to make recommendations and take actions based on understanding and judgment of all factors involved and based on independent interpretation and application of variousdisciplines involvedDemonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure and to manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing prioritiesAbility to inspire confidence among senior leaders and to provide valued communication guidance and coaching to othersAbility to work in a virtual environmentTRAVEL REQUIRED:10 %Working Environment☒ Office/Professional (Hybrid)Teleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
