As a Meeting & Events Server, you won't just be setting tables, you'll be setting good vibes You don't just take orders; you create memorable moments for our awesome guests From recommending the perfect dish to serving with style, you know how to keep things upbeat and make every guest feel like they're dining at the hottest spot in Galway town.

You'll be serving up more than just food—you'll be serving up unforgettable experiences.
You'll know our menu inside and out, delivering each plate and drink with flair and confidence.
Whether it's breakfast, dinner, or late-night bites, you'll keep the energy high, handle requests with ease, and make sure every guest leaves RED with a smile
Minimum experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service.
Minimum education: National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality Management preferable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide professional, fun, efficient and courteous service to all our guests and ensuring our guests are happy and having a goof time
Serving food for services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
Ensure that all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, and that mis-en-place are in place.
Responsible for setting and clearing of tables in the outlets
Thorough working knowledge of our food & beverage menus, and the ability to guide guest through our offerings as necessary.
Flexibility to work in all outlets as needed.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, from weekdays to weekends.
