Senior Audit Manager
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to lead their audit team in Wicklow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audit engagements, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Review client financial statements, disclosures, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to clients based on audit findings.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to client needs.
* Collaborate with partners and other team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to clients.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent professional certification.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing.
* Strong understanding of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
