Your Key Responsibilities: As an SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) DUo S (Distribution Use of System) Billing & FICA Manager you will: Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements.
Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
Customize SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) DUo S (Distribution Use of System) Billing and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including Usage-based billing, Flexible pricing models, Contract Accounts, Payment Processing, Dunning, Integration with other modules and Reporting Lead the design and implementation of SAP IS-U DUo S Billing & FICA, considering best practices and industry standards.
Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP IS-U DUo S Billing & FICA architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Produce key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.
Skills and Attributes for Success: To excel in this role, you should have: A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline A minimum of 10 years' experience delivering in SAP IS-U DUo S Billing & FICA, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support Experience in implementation of S/4 HANA IS-U DUo S Billing & FICA solutions for utilities industry.
Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4 HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios In depth knowledge of SAP IS-U DUo S Billing & FICA, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients Ideally, You'll Also Have: Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules Experience with other utility modules like device management, billing and customer management.
