* Ensuring accurate product specifications, measurements, and documentation, while communicating clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

* Managing large volumes of information, following up on confirmations, and maintaining accurate records to support efficient operations.

* Liaising with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate new product deliveries and ensure smooth inventory management.

* Working closely with the marketing and webshop administrator to maintain accurate product listings and advertising across all platforms.

* Overseeing international shipping procedures, handling customs, excise, and VAT duties, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

* Liaising with the sales team to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform purchasing decisions.

* Supporting other departments in resolving queries and issues, promoting a collaborative work environment.

* Staying up-to-date with industry changes, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Requirements for Success

* Proven track record of working in a fast-paced sourcing or purchasing environment, preferably in an agricultural-related parts industry.

* Experience in agricultural parts or machinery sector is highly advantageous.

* Familiarity with international sourcing and purchasing procedures is essential.

* Excellent organizational skills, driven by processes, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

* Strong negotiation skills, ability to chase suppliers for information, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

* Proactive approach to work, acting on own initiative, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.

* Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure with large volumes of workloads.
