My client, a leading Enterprise Centre in Dublin, is seeking an accomplished Business Engagement & Marketing Executive with proven expertise in fostering relationships with SMEs to join its committed team in South Dublin.
This permanent position will involve contributing to the development of a dynamic membership association, focusing on strengthening community connections and proactively growing and supporting a diverse business network.
Salary: Dependent on Experience Incentives: Performance-Based Bonus Benefits: Pension Scheme, Monthly Expenses, Complimentary Parking Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Location: South Dublin The ideal candidate will have the following: Planning and overseeing a range of business and entrepreneurial training and networking events, both on-site and off-site as required.
Regularly attending external business networking meetings and events, including engagements with governmental and enterprise organisations.
Actively recruiting new members to expand a vibrant business community.
Promoting the centres unique services, enhancing visibility among prospective members through digital marketing, public relations campaigns, communications, and branding initiatives.
Expanding social media engagement by curating and creating content that highlights the centres activities and business opportunities.
Designing and implementing innovative membership programmes, awards, and competitive events aimed at increasing member involvement.
Establishing partnerships with government agencies, multinational corporations, and educational institutions to secure funding and collaborative opportunities.
Representing member interests with the objective of stimulating local business growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have the following: A minimum of three years experience in an enterprise centre, business development, marketing, or a related field.
A passion for a hands-on, client-facing role requiring active networking, occasionally beyond standard working hours.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing and social media management, with a creative, strategic, and analytic approach.
Proven success in implementing training programmes, ideally within membership organisations.
Confidence in engaging with senior business executives for the purposes of securing memberships and submitting funding applications.
A pre-existing network involving local government, business leaders, and community stakeholders is advantageous.
Exemplary communication skills, enabling the formation of lasting professional relationships and the clear articulation of growth strategies.
Familiarity with local, national, or EU enterprise supports would be beneficial.
