Job Title: Sales Executive for Life Sciences Manufacturing
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly accomplished sales executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Life Sciences Manufacturing industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating, advancing, and closing sales opportunities across a set of accounts and regions.
About the Role:
* Drive sales and pipeline growth within Ireland
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Cognizant's UKI MCU leadership and LSMG Delivery Heads
* Closely work with delivery and operations teams to maintain forecast consistency
* Develop and execute growth plans for the Life Sciences Manufacturing domain
* Pipeline management and tracking using CRM platform
* Demand generation through collaboration with UKI MCU teams
* Proposal and pricing development in partnership with presales and solution teams
* Client relationship building and engagement with senior stakeholders
* Travel within the market as required
Key Competencies:
* Strong understanding of manufacturing IT and OT technologies
* Hands-on experience in solution and content development
* Demonstrated ability to understand manufacturing business process challenges in the life sciences industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced client-focused environment
* Results-driven sales executive with experience working in LS Manufacturing IT or OT sectors
* Well-connected to the local LS community and experience working with senior directors and VP-level executives
* Relationships with OT technology providers an added advantage
