The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Administrator to provide high-level support to a busy group of investment professionals. This role is varied and fast-paced, requiring exceptional organisation and adaptability.
Responsibilities
Preparing accurate, high-quality Excel reports and updating portfolio company data using Dynamo CRM.
Liaising with portfolio partners to gather and manage essential information.
Providing diary and travel management support to the team.
Adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring seamless delivery under pressure.
Qualifications
Strong administrative experience, ideally supporting a team in a fast-moving environment.
Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) are essential.
Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.
Flexible, solutions-focused, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
