RoleLyonara Coldstores Ltd are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Portlaoise facility. This exciting role involves managing our Portlaoise coldstore. Part of the Northraven Group with stores in Roscrea and Mallow, our Portlaoise site is the largest in the group with over 25,000 pallets instore at any one time. This demanding role involves:Supervision of a large site in PortlaoiseTeam leading and team management of up to 35 staff, maintaining high performance levelsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customersEnsure Health & Safety compliance within the warehouse facilityOversee warehouse housekeeping, maintenance and Health & Safety standardsLiaising with 3rd parties, such as maintenance contractors, auditors and customersDesirable RequirementsWarehouse Supervision ExperienceIT/Computer literate with experience with Stock Management Software ProgramsStrong people management and supervisory skillsExcellent customer service skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsSelf- motivated, reliable and punctualFlexible approach to workSkillsWarehouse Management Warehouse Logistics People Management
