Job Title: Senior Social Care Worker
The primary objective of this role is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach that meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with intellectual disabilities.
To assist individuals with disabilities in residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning and maintain independence.
This position forms part of the on-floor duty team, responsible for coordinating shifts while on duty. The successful candidate will also supervise other staff under their direction.
1. We are seeking an experienced Social Care Professional who can work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) in delivering services to residents. Key responsibilities include reporting directly to the Person In-Charge (PIC) or deputising for them when necessary.
