Overview
Head of Brand Partners – Dry Grocery role at Valeo Foods Ireland. This role is responsible for the attraction, onboarding and ongoing management of Partner Brands and reports to the Dry Grocery Category Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure partner brands have strong representation across Valeo Foods customers and participate in overall category initiatives.
* Manage relationships with Partner Brand companies to ensure satisfaction with Valeo Foods Ireland.
* Work with the Commercial Development Director to target and attract key brands and conduct contractual discussions.
* Develop Customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for partner brands and cascade key actions to Customer Business Managers.
* Negotiate pricing on product portfolios.
* Drive sales performance and growth against targets, identify risks and close gaps within budget.
* Line manage the partner brand management team (3 people).
* Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
* Collaborate with finance, operations and other functions to ensure corporate sales compliance.
